For a newly constructed apartment in a historic downtown Art Deco building, we curated a collection of mid-century furniture from Sweden, France and Italy. The public areas came alive with a light reflecting polished plaster finish coating the walls, a mix of contemporary and vintage furnishings, and a subtle palette to highlight the beauty of each of the pieces. In the bedrooms, color is used more liberally to enliven the rooms and bring a sense of calm and comfort.
